Ground Country Onion is the powder version of Country Onion, also called Rondelles, Olum, Bobimbi, and comes from a tropical Rainforest plant.
This spice is characterized by a strong aroma similar to garlic.
It can be used to cook dishes like Mbongo Tchobi, Nkui, Achu, Pepper Soup, Roasted Chicken, and much more.
